Overall a great birthday getaway!! Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location to the bay and the beach. We tried several restaurants in the neighborhood that were great. I would stay here again.

Victoria is an awesome host who is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She has two lovely units and takes great care of them and is quick to address and issues. I appreciate this and she does all with grace and kindness. I love the location of her units and they are in a quiet area. It's nice to have the AC in each room and a fully furnished kitchen. She is accommodates needs and wants as much as she is able. This is our second time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place. On a side note - on our second stay it was not as pristine clean as the first stay. I had mentioned this to her (I am a little over the top when noticing things - they were not big things) and when the cleaning lady came when we left, Victoria had passed on all my concerns to her and they were planning on getting those taken care of. I know it is nearly impossible to have everything perfect all the time, but when concerns are actively addressed and listened to, that confirms the dedication to the property to keep it nice and maintain the standard they are looking for. If we don't tell them, they won't know. So I really appreciate her concern to these details and addressing them right away. Again, it was little things like a little sand left in the corner in the shower... She is very responsive and communicates well. Great value and I LOVE all the bathrooms and bedrooms that are available. I would never hesitate to book with Victoria and stay in these lovely units.

Had an amazing time for a family getaway. Property and house were amazing! Very modern, clean and well taken care of. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars , and a cool little market across the street. Plenty of food options within walking distance. We have stayed in other vacation rentals, and this one was by far our favorite!! I highly recommended!!
